Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

Items are eligible for return only if they are defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or do not match what was ordered. Contact customer service at 1-866-599-4066 or email support@aadvantageexchange.com to request a return. Use the following instructions for an eligible return.

If an item is damaged in transit or does not match what was ordered: · Contact customer service at 1-866-599-4066 or email support@aadvantageexchange.com and request a return as soon as possible, within 14 days of when you received your product.

· Keep and take pictures of the package, shipping label, and boxes.

· Ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

If an item is defective on arrival:

· If you are having trouble with your new Apple product or believe that the product is defective upon arrival, please visit the online Product Support or contact AppleCare Technical support at 1-800-APL-CARE before attempting a return.

· When contacting AppleCare technical support, you will be given an AppleCare case id number, please keep this number for reference.

· If AppleCare Technical Support cannot resolve your issue and confirms that the product is not working as expected, please contact our customer services at 1-866-599-4066 for further assistance and have your case id number handy.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning any product:

· Certain Apple products provide security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the device, the return or exchange may be refused.

· Once your item has been shipped back, allow for a potential 21-day window for returns to be issued.

iPhone and iPad returns – wireless service cancellation

Wireless carriers have different service cancellation policies. Returning your iPhone or iPad may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your provider for more information.

Cancellation policy

If the items in your order have not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order. Keep in mind, most items ship out very quickly, so the ability to cancel is not guaranteed. To request cancellation for an order or item, please contact customer service at 1-866-599-4066.
