An American made edge grain construction commercial cutting board. This Boos cutting board is safe for all food preparations, preserves edge of fine cutlery, and premium quality renewable and sustainable hardwoods. The board is 1-1/2" thick and reversible with hand grips. It is available in northern hard rock maple and includes the Boos block ® cream with beeswax finish. Dimensions: 18" Diameter, 1-1/2" thick.
